At Shoppyness.in, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

 

Shipping and Charges

• Shipping within India is 50/- for parcels up to 500 grams.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹50.

 

Delivery Area

• We currently only deliver products within India. Delivery outside India is not available at this time.

 

Delivery Time

• All parcels are dispatched using a predefined courier based on your order and location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

• Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.

 

Order Tracking

• Customers will receive an email regarding the shipment of their order within 24 to 48 hours after shipping. This email will include the tracking number and the courier company’s website details, along with the expected date of delivery.

• The tracking number may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.

 

Address and Contact Information

• Customers are requested to provide a full address, including flat and street number, pin code/zip code, a correct contact number, and a verified email ID to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Order and Address Changes

• Any request for address or order changes should be made before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, two-way courier charges will be applicable to the customer.

 

Delays and Stock Availability

• In case of delays due to unavailability of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via email.
